It took a little over 2 days before my item shipped. The item shipped from about 50 miles away and took 3 more days before actually arriving (6 days total since purchase mon-sat) This was after paying $10 for shipping (skipping the free shipping and trying to rush delivery before lockdown). Other than that I was satisfied with their customer service. They answered all my questions in a timely manner and they also have competitive prices as I could find anywhere. Not to mention, the product arrived as advertised, but next time I think I'll just visit my local store and save myself the trouble.
