ITE hearing aids improved hearing, were comfortable, and highly satisfying.
“I’m 100 % pleased with this purchase.”
Service feedback splits into two patterns. Several reviews mention proactive follow-ups, how-to guidance, and hands-on help. Others describe no replies and refund disputes, and one reviewer gives a low rating while still praising the practical recommendations.
Comments on value mix satisfaction with billing concerns. Some customers say they’re happy with what they bought and how the devices perform. At least one reviewer reports receiving a partial refund with no explanation, which reduced the value for that buyer.
Reviews describe straightforward interactions and devices that are easy to use. One reviewer highlights a trial or free hearing test as a helpful way to start. Multiple reviews mention adjustable devices and ongoing, tutorial-style help with fitting and day-to-day use.
Most device comments are positive on fit and performance. One reviewer says in-the-ear (ITE) aids brought back their hearing and felt comfortable. Another describes discount-brand aids that can be adjusted and work well with Bluetooth programming.
Communication experiences vary sharply. Several customers report helpful, responsive contact and clear instructional support. Others say support went silent and refund questions were left unanswered.
Overall feedback splits between strong satisfaction with the devices and strong frustration with how service issues were handled. Positive reviews point to better hearing, comfort, and hands-on help. Negative reviews center on lack of responsiveness and partial refunds that were not explained.
For each review, the core experience based on original source reviews.

“Their customer service is even better.”
I just received my ITE hearing aids and even though I wasn’t expecting much, I got really surprised. Seems like my desperation to find a solution to not being able to hear everything at work is now solved. After I received them and I put them in my ears the next morning I couldn’t believe it. I had to turn the tv down by two levels. I even forgot after a couple of hours that I had them on. I've tried others and I was just miserable with all the noise bombarding me. They are definitely worth every penny. I’m 100 % pleased with this purchase. I can’t say enough good things about them. I LOVE THESE. Thank you so much @Hear Better!
