Value drops when hardware fails soon after the warranty ends and buyers must pay for repairs. A number of reviewers questioned how replacements were handled and how quickly refunds arrived. Strong sound quality gets praise but only partly offsets the cost and durability concerns.
Ordering and support sometimes faltered, with items shown as in stock but not shipped and long waits for basic replies. Several people describe ignored support requests and slow updates on receiving items or shipping. A smaller share report smooth processes and clear resolutions.
Negative reviews focus on durability, with repeated mentions of cracked plastic, fragile earcups, driver failures, and static noise on some headsets. Positive comments point to models with accurate, immersive sound and strong bass. Complaints about physical build issues appear more often than issues with audio performance.
People describe gaps in order updates and slow support replies. Reviewers mention support not responding to receipt requests and confusion about whether items were actually available. A minority credit support for clear, helpful communication.
The reviews contrast strong praise for sound with frequent complaints about durability and support. Reports of build failures and service delays show up repeatedly. A smaller group describe satisfactory repairs and strong audio performance, leaving a polarized overall picture.

I would like to tell you about the great experience I had with Audeze. I bought their newest LCD-5 and I absolutely love it. With their 100% coverage, you can expect some of the best audio quality available today in a very comfortable headphone system. The headphones I purchased are in-ear headphones which were LCD-5s. They have features that include high-quality audio, the ability to play very loud without producing too much distortion and they can output in a frequency range of 15 Hz and 25 kHz which is pretty awesome. Besides, the customer care was informative, helpful, and supportive throughout the buying process. The delivery is fast, and I look forward to my next purchase with this company.
