Did business with this company for years for my waxing supplies. Their customer service was never good but the price was right.
The last time I placed an order, my order got lost. When I called to ask about it they said maybe someone had stolen it out of the mailbox. So I asked for a refund and that's when all hell broke loose. They told me they'd mail a new order but they didn't. When it didn't show up after a few weeks, I called again to find out the name of the person who normally handles those things and got talked to like dirt by some woman named **. She was so rude and unhelpful! After two months of being jerked around by this company, I called my credit card company and told them I was going to dispute the charges and put a stop payment on it. That's when someone finally said that they'd be happy to refund me and I didn't have to deal with their customer service ever again. Yay!
In short, don't do business with this company--it's not worth it. They seem shady!
