I placed a purchase order for two items.
After I provided them with all of the appropriate papers, including my picture ID, two payments were deducted from my bank account.
When I attempted to cancel my transaction, I received an email stating that they were unable to verify my identification, but they have yet to refund any of my money.
I phoned no managers or supervisors, informed the email resolution team that I had contacted them six times, and was told that the email resolution team had never responded to any of my emails.
They even threatened to sue me if I didn't remove my review.
Please avoid doing business with this company.
This firm should be avoided at all costs, and I wish I could offer a screenshot.
Because I supplied email documentation to my bank demonstrating that Buy on Trust promised to return my money but did not, my bank filed a fraud charge against the company, and I've since got an email stating that the money was never withdrawn from my account.
As a result, I've steered clear of Buy on Trust.
