    2 Prints

    I placed an order for 2 prints which were supposed to be birthday presents. After weeks of no updates on the tracking, the company finally tells me they are back-ordered. I waited out the delay and picked different pieces instead. Weeks later they tell me my order is ready to ship. I receive just 1 print months after ordering - my 2nd one was not even made yet!

    The quality of the prints were poor, with a small crack in the corner of one and a dirty smudge on the side of another.

    I felt I did everything right, waiting out their back-order situation, picking new pieces when they became available, etc. My orders were ready to ship so why didn't they just send me both at the same time? The company clearly had them sitting around, yet they did not put any effort into shipping my order together.

    I cancelled the 2nd print and requested a refund for that piece months after ordering originally. My email to the company went completely ignored. After almost 6 weeks of waiting I am still missing 1/2 of what I paid for and am unable to get in contact with the company.

    I figure it is time to move on and find somewhere competent to purchase prints from. They were quick to take my money but moving on will likely be difficult due to non-response, lousy craftsmanship, lack of customer service, etc. I guess they are not the only option but at least there are other choices.

    Moral of the story: Caveat emptor do not purchase from this company unless you enjoy waiting + bad customer service.
