My experience with Akari Lanterns was mixed, to say the least. I ordered a pendant light and was initially pleased with the delivery. The product was well packaged and everything was included in the box, to my surprise. The installation process was fairly simple and the instructions available were easy to follow for someone with little knowledge in this area. The only reason I won't give them a 10/10 is that the customer service was somewhat when I made inquiries on the ordering process. Other than that, I was very satisfied with the end result. I hope they will improve their customer service as most of the reviews were positive, so only time will tell.
