I ordered a combination door from this company in February. It has yet to be delivered, and when I call customer service all they tell me is that it's in "processing" in their warehouse. They have no idea when it will ship, but in the meantime, I can't cancel my order or receive a refund for something that isn't even available for sale. I think the company is a huge scam and am hoping to get my money back. I just wish I read some reviews before I ordered. I wish I can give them "0" stars. I wouldn't order from them again and if I were you, I'd stay away!
