I am well aware that purchasing a rug online may be a dangerous endeavor.
For my family room, I was looking for a low-cost patterned rug, so I decided to take a chance from The Perfect Rug online shop.
Nonetheless, the unfavorable evaluations were correct: The site's interface is not user-friendly for those who are new to the internet (or even intermediate).
The website is difficult to navigate, as there are numerous dead ends and no clear directions.
I was given the incorrect size rug and had problems returning it to the store.
I had to pay $69.00 for the return.
However, the rug is yet to be delivered to my residence.
It has been nearly 30 days and no one has returned my calls or responded to my emails, nor has anyone offered to assist me with this matter.
It is my intention to register a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and I am currently in the process of doing so.
