While Alpacka Raft has a great selection of merchandise, but sometimes, that comes at a cost. Their customer service isn't the best out there โ most of my emails go unanswered for days or weeks. The person on the other end of their customer service hotline was rude, abrasive, condescending, bordering on abusive, and didn't even try to help resolve my problems. If you're thinking of buying Alpacka Raft products, save yourself the stress and buy somewhere else because you'll probably have to deal with their customer support team eventually. There are other companies that do a better job of valuing their customers.
