All transactions are made on their website. You don't have to sign up or register for Footshop Club to place an order. However, you get the chance to get ?7 back on your first order after registration and 10% discount on all your orders if you sign up. Also, being a club member allows you to track your order history, own a wishlist, and also be the first to know about promotional sales since you will be receiving newsletters once you sign up.

On their website, products have been categorized into men, women and children; sneakers, accessories, clothing; and by brand.

After "adding to cart," you can proceed to checkout where you pay either by PayPal or credit card. Payment is said to be acknowledged and orders are processed immediately.

Worldwide shipping and delivery is mostly by DHL, and sometimes, UPS. Other shipping services depend on the customer?s country. Terms and conditions for return and exchange are written clearly on the website, but most importantly, it is clearly stated that every order has a 30 day return period.

A Google search for the sneakers led me to Footshop.com. It is hard to find an online retailer that has a great product, is reasonably priced, has good customer service and fast/secure delivery. I am so happy with the purchase I received from Footshop! They returned all my calls promptly with informative answers and delivered the sneakers very fast. Everything from the first phone question, to the ordering process to delivery all in all took one week! Excellent product and company! Their sizing chart was very accurate as well. Great prices on real products from top brands, and shipping was hassle-free. I will purchase from them again!
