I am so happy with my work boots. I've been wearing them for over six months now and they are extremely comfortable. I can't believe how much better my back feels after wearing these boots. I also found the customer service to be helpful and responsive. My only complaint is, there were a few delays in delivery which was not communicated to me beforehand, and I had to wait 45 days past the original deadline for my order.I just hope Shoeline will make some changes to the way they do business. It would be great if they were more transparent and clear about their shipment before one get started with them. However, I’ll give them a second chance and order again!
