I had ordered 2 bond organic bomber jackets in black & white but unfortunately I had to cancel my order as I had an emergency ao had to travel before shipment would have been received. I emailed customer service, who cancelled the order. The next day, I was informed that my credit card had been credited for the refund. This is unheard of normally. Most companies can take weeks to confirm the refund. Well done Trench London! Soon I'll reorder the jackets!
