    Sandals

    I ordered a pair of sandals, a dozen assorted socks, and insoles. The delivery was timely, everything was beautiful and unique, but the sandals were small in size. The prices were great, kind customer service, and finding the products on the catalogs was also effortless. However, I have an issue, the salespeople need to be more careful. They need to correctly put down the orders to avoid delivering the wrong products to customers. There is nothing that is so hectic as a return process. It is time-consuming and draining. Having had a similar episode with a clothing company, I opted to give my sister the sandals but still let the company know they are failing the customers. The customer care service rep promised to look at the issue since it had become a concern.
