This was the worst purchase I ever made! I am so disappointed by Ellsworth & Ivey. I know this is a bold statement but I think all of you should know what kind of company Ellsworth & Ivey is before you purchase anything from them! The quality of the sweater was consistently subpar. The stitches were crooked, the sweater fit weirdly, and it was filled with strange pesky lint balls that I could not remove from the fabric.
I tried to contact the company to express my discontent with them but they never replied back. They're clearly ignoring me because they do not want to bear the burden of their wrongdoings! The least I could do was share this experience in hopes that people will not make the same mistake I did, and purchase something from Ellsworth & Ivey. BEWARE!
