Boots

I have been a loyal customer of Lisa Says Gah for more than a year now. I purchased my daughter's birthday boots online. Lisa Says Gah messed up on my order and delivered the wrong size so I requested for a replacement. They asked me to send back the boots so they can ship out another pair, which I did. More than 7 days passed and they still haven't shipped out my order yet! I have no idea what happened because my email clearly showed the right size to be delivered. I was very disappointed because the boots are for my daughter's birthday and I would have to look for an alternative gift for her.
