ADIDAS RESPONSE CL

I am a first time buyer and I was very excited to order from this site.When the shoes were delivered I was very, very pleased. They were excellent quality and exactly what I expected based on the description. The shipping was quick. However, I was extremely upset with not being kept in the loop about shipping status. I had to email several times to find out where my order was. They were extremely rude in their responses to me and never once apologized for not being in touch as they should have been. If they could get customer service together, they would be a great shoe store.
