I am an upgrade tights customer specifically DELTA TIGHT and I visited a new boutique of the OROS Apparel company. They told me that my product was delayed for about a month and asked for my tracking number as it should arrive tomorrow. After half an hour of waiting I got nothing but not even an apology from the manager, assistant manager or customer service representatives. You can imagine how mad I was. Finally they sent me a link to the online application where I have to fill out all information including my height, weight, waist size and color preference of the tight if any. Even though i had to abide by the instructions given, I donโ€™t want anyone t go through the same experience again.
