I recently returned a bracelet bag I purchased from Parisa Wang. It was defective and the stitching was not properly done. I asked for a refund, which they agreed to give me. When I returned the bag, they would not issue me a refund because they said I had worn it. The bag was brand new when I purchased it and they were still selling it as new when I returned it. I offered to send them photos of the bag from the day that I purchased it, but they refused to honor their agreement. I have emailed them several times since then but they do not respond to any of my emails. I wouldn't buy from them again.
